Richard Struck

Richard (he/him) joined VPGE in 2023 as Policy and Communications Coordinator. In this role, he assists in facilitating official communications for the Vice Provost of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs, senior VPGE staff, and several departments on campus. 

Richard holds a BA and MA in linguistics from San José State University. Prior to joining at Stanford, Richard was an academic advisor. 

In his free time, Richard wrestles with his dog Ari, go on long walks while playing Pokémon GO, and read about the relationship between language and cultural identity.
