Skyler St. Pierre

Skyler St. Pierre (they/he) is a PhD candidate in Mechanical Engineering. They research computational and experimental biomechanics, with a focus on automating constitutive model discovery using physics-based machine learning for soft tissues ranging from brain to plant-based meats. He is also interested in sex differences and how hormones impact physiology and function, from cardiovascular disease to whole-body kinematics and dynamics. Skyler loves triathlon, hiking, and reading a good book when not working
